APC Government Programs was created to support the unique needs and requirements of Federal Government agencies within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Our team provided the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) with critical insight during the development and implementation of the Medicare Part D program. Since then, APC has played an important role in assisting CMS to ensure that Medicare beneficiaries receive the services they deserve. APC Government Programs provides scalable field resources to review new and existing Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) plan sponsors. We have also supported Congressional initiatives such as the PFFS “Secret Shopper” program that monitored the sales tactics used to market Medicare products to senior citizens across the country.
